As you are aware, Samer Nassar & Associates is not a broker, dealer or underwriter, we are a professional international consulting firm that specializes in assisting its clients, achieve their growth and financing objectives. In many cases, we act as a project manager to the funding sources. This process usually involves a due diligence program, which is carried out under the supervision of senior consultants.

Since we practice our firm's activities throughout the world, a part of our business is referred to us through local bankers, CPA, attorneys and business & financial consultants acting on behalf of their clients.
